Your Right to Data Deletion
TableTalk respects your privacy and provides you with full control over your data. You can request the deletion of your personal information and Google-connected data at any time. This page explains how to disconnect your Google account, request data deletion, and understand what happens to your information.
How to Disconnect Google Access
Method 1: Through TableTalk (Recommended)
- Log in to your TableTalk account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on "Connected Accounts"
- Find Google Business Profile and click "Disconnect"
- Confirm the disconnection when prompted
Method 2: Through Google Account Settings
- Go to your Google Account permissions page
- Find "TableTalk" in the list of connected apps
- Click on TableTalk
- Click "Remove Access"
- Confirm the removal
Note: Disconnecting through Google will immediately revoke our access to your Google Business Profile data, but some data may remain in our systems until you request full deletion.
How to Request Full Data Deletion
To request complete deletion of all your data from TableTalk systems:
Data Deletion Request
Email us at tabletalk-support@googlegroups.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your account email address
- Business name(s) associated with your account
- Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted
- Any specific data categories you're concerned about
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
Account Information
- User profile and preferences
- Account settings and configurations
- Login credentials and authentication data
- Contact information and communication history
Google-Connected Data
- Google Business Profile information
- Location data and business details
- Posts, reviews, and customer interactions
- Analytics and insights data
- Media files and attachments
Usage Data
- Activity logs and usage statistics
- API call records
- Performance and error data
- Session and device information
Support Records
- Support ticket history
- Email communications
- Feedback and survey responses
- Technical support interactions
Data Deletion Timeline
Immediate (0-24 hours)
Account access disabled, Google API connections revoked
Within 7 days
Active data purged from production systems and databases
Within 30 days
Backup copies and archived data permanently deleted
Confirmation
You'll receive email confirmation when deletion is complete
What Cannot Be Deleted
Some information may be retained for legal and business purposes:
- Legal records: Data required for compliance with legal obligations
- Financial records: Transaction records required for accounting (if applicable)
- Security logs: Basic security and audit logs (anonymized)
- Aggregated data: Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
This retained data is minimal, anonymized where possible, and kept only as long as legally required.
Important Considerations
Before You Delete
- Backup your data: Download any reports or data you want to keep
- Alternative accounts: Ensure other team members have access if needed
- Billing: Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid future charges
- Integrations: Update any third-party tools that rely on your TableTalk data
