TableTalk is a business management platform that integrates with Google Business Profile to help you:
- Manage posts and updates across your business locations
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews
- Access business insights and analytics
- Automate routine business profile maintenance
3. Account Registration
To access our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Have authority to manage the Google Business Profile accounts you connect
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

- Create fake reviews or manipulate business ratings
5. Google API Compliance
Our Service integrates with Google APIs and you agree to:
- Comply with Google's API Terms of Service
- Respect Google's usage limits and policies
- Not attempt to circumvent API restrictions
- Understand that Google access may be revoked without notice
Any violation of Google's terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TableTalk and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create and post through our Service, but grant us a limited license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide our services.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TABLETALK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Fraudulent or harmful activity
- Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
